These Terms of Service govern your use of Nexus AI Studios services and website (nexusaistudios.com), operated by Mind Vision LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

Services

Nexus AI Studios provides AI-powered operations systems for small businesses, including automated customer communication, appointment booking, lead follow-up, and business operations services. Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis following a one-time setup fee.

SMS Program

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Nexus AI Studios regarding our services, appointment scheduling, and business inquiries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help. Text STOP to cancel at any time.

Payment Terms

Service fees are billed monthly in advance. Setup fees are due upon agreement. All fees are in USD. Refunds are not provided for setup fees. Monthly fees may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, ensuring their customers have consented to receive automated communications, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding customer communications in their jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

Nexus AI Studios and Mind Vision LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
